Most people have attachment and help their own people out, but they do so within their countries. The average american jew would not have more loyalty to Israel than they do to the United States. Neither would an Italian American, or a Chinese American. Both of whom are ethnically self conscious and support their own communities.

I think the Kenyan gov is thinkig about finding her a replacement as foreign minister . When you've done a good job , they send you somewhere else . In a time when Kenyan troops are physically present in Somalia , killing somalis , it was in their interest to "divide and conquer" the somalis .
