i think dhulbahante have acted according to their interests and cameey got one more seat in the name of waqooyi. they have two seats in the name of PL.

PL was asking for it via madasha. madasha has already allocated 11 members for each PL and waqooyi so it was good to sort out as notherners(where is our waqooyi share?)

all maamuls have now 11 members per each but darod got more per clan

both hiirshabelle and GM have got three more seats and clans r fighing on them

Okay good a region, with 1/3 the population and land mass, cause The North has more population than, Hirshaabele, PL, JL & Galmudug combined, how does it get the same amount of Mps as 1 of them in the Upper house? How does it get only less than 20% the lower house and ministers. To a Northener a union with the South Make a no sense.

Sahal is right, camey is not seeking more seats for Somaliland but for Puntland.. Puntland and Somaliland are using each other to gain.

It's in the name of waqaayi but seats will be shared between clans and Harti clans are going to Puntland..
