Agreed. Puntland should give Somaliland access to indian ocean and Sland gives PLand access to the Gulf of Aden because cooperation is the way to go
Puntland already have access to both the gulf of aden (through bosaso and lasqorey) and the indian ocean

PL already has access to gulf of aden from lasqorii .
Why do we invest more in eastern sanaag, las qoray has almost been abandoned
Exactly as what brother Tijoux said, also Gaas new strategy since he take the position from faroole is to make the investment in all PL not only garowe like it use to be before him.
Thats why reer garowe hate Gaas .

When the road ceel dahir- ceerigabo is finished puntland are planning to start the rebuilding of the Las qorey port.
An organization founded by Somali environmentalist Fatima Jibrell, began a project for the redevelopment of the 400-year-old seaport. The initiative was later taken up by Faisal Hawar, CEO of the Maakhir Resource Company. In 2012, he brokered an agreement with a Greek investment firm for the development of the commercial Las Khorey Port. A team of engineers was subsequently enlisted by the Puntland authorities to assess the ongoing renovations taking place at the seaport.
Thats great news i hope they finish the road soon inshallah
