Seylac is in somalilnd not Italian Somalia.26June1960 wrote: Thu Mar 09, 2017 4:23 pmLet me guess and the Kaaba is not in Mecca, right?abodu wrote: Thu Mar 09, 2017 4:21 pm26June1960 wrote: Thu Mar 09, 2017 4:16 pm
I think the historical ruins of Seylac, one of the oldest settlements of Somalia should be in the back of one of the notes. Other suggestions could be the two rivers of Jubba river and Shabeele river or shimbiris mountain.
No faces of previous presidents (Adan Cade, Sharmaarke and Jaalle Siyaad) should be on the currency.
Seylac is not In Somalia.

Zeila is internationally recognized as a city in Somalia therefore it's part of "Italian somalia" and not British Somalia.X.Playa wrote: Thu Mar 09, 2017 5:49 pmSeylac is in somalilnd not Italian Somalia.

Nop there is no country called Somalia. There was never a country called Somalia only an Italian colony called somalia and Seylac was never an Italian colony.
Re: Somalia to print first banknotes in 25 years
war kaalay dont you have a life or a history to talk about before white european arrival. Why are you so obsessed with this colonial X controlled this or controlled that. Seylac was a Somali territory and Seylac is a Somali territory. Seylac is neither in Ethiopia nor in Djibouti and is in the Horn of Afrika. So now tell me if it is in neither of those two countries, can the town exist in vacuum. No it must be in the third country of the horn, Somalia. You Iidoors are driving us crazy, with ur never ending fantasy. War Somaliland only exists in ur desires and dreams

Not necessarily sometimes you need to fatten your sheep before slaughter.X.Playa wrote: Thu Mar 09, 2017 2:58 pm Loool IMF wherever these guys are involved its a total disaster for the poor countries.
So don't be surprised if there is some real economic development.
The feeding comes later.
Those that run the IMF/world bank express higher level brain functions, even though they are handicapped by dogmatism.
Regular bankers have no high level brain function, they will feed till they kill thier host.

The IMF that destroyed us is still on our case. I guess you either starve or accept their dictations. Very sad indeed.
