Thanks FAH. All I knew was there will be an election in Germany this year and far-right don't like Merkel. I felt her opponent would be like Marie Le Pen.

In reality though, the far-right are even more pro-Israel than the mainstream leaders, and they all hate the Muslims even more. That tells every westerner that these groups are not bringing that much needed change to the current status quo!

To the average Muslim in Shaam, Iraq, Afganistan, and in other places, the status quo will.not change as the wars will go on. Very sad indeed.

The AfD is very small in Germany. They will win seats in parliament but their anti immigration platform has lost steam and there's no other appeal.

Merkel is probably going to get a 4th term. Most Germans still respect her. And she'll have a coalition with the Social Dems again
