I actually think this is a wonderful development.

The relationship between a federal state and the federal government will exist and be eternal as long as the Somali state exists.

Personalities and individuals come and go.

The federal state should NEVER base it's relationship with the federal government on "personalities" but through an ongoing constitutional framework that is always progressing.
