According to the original video the cow was defending her calf and cows have a soft spot on the crown of their head (They gore they don't inflict blunt trauma) unlike sheep which are conditioned to ram their skull against each others during sparring. I was informed the cow actually died, you can see it's limbs stiffen from a traumatic brain injury much like when someone sustains a damaging blow to the head.

I could be wrong and I kinda hope I am and she got back up but that calf is an orphan otherwise.

So, cows are weak 'cause they got a soft spot on the crown of their head. They don't even have a chance against sheep, let alone camel.
