Yeh your right, history hasn't been kind to Garxajis when you consider how many of ours died in snm for Somaliland. Just in my family two of my grandad's first cousins died. My family has a lot of memories but they say dagaalkii sokeeye broke their spirits. The people they fought for all of a sudden turned their guns to them! Shit is sad walahi! I personally have my doubts about said ancestry of Isaaq being some Arab figure and fathered eight sons from two readily awaiting women including a lost Habesha one hahaha. I mean think about it. When did he go to Abyssinia to ask for hand in marriage? How can a Habesha woman be wondering around in a land with no settlement no presence of human existence other than few "Dir" according to this tradition? Makes no sense to me.
