Absolutely!!!!.... The Officer has shown to have an incredible Self-restraint and resolve. He kept cool and did not let his emotions to take over. As an officer one's job is to be a positive influence and achieve positive outcome. And this officer has achieved this with great distinction. Had he taken other cause of action, which was within his rights, would have had not achieved any positive out comes and inlfuences except to have that ill mannered buffoon and sorry excuse of a journalist hospitalised or send to the grave.
"You cannot antagonize and be a positive influence, and you will antagonize when you discipline through emotion. Remember that discipline is not to punish, but it’s to correct, to improve, to prevent, to help, so we must maintain our self-control at all times if we are going to function anywhere near our own particular level of competence, whatever that might be. Self-control is self-discipline."
If this officer is a typical example of the Officer of The Republic of Somaliland's security forces, then every Somaliland citizen should be proud and live everyday and sleep every night with comfort and pleasure, knowing that their country's Security Forces and officers are not emotionally driven but have great self-discipline. And who are capable of make decisions based on reason not fear, because fear is an emotion and therefore cannot be reasonable.
