Sahal shows so much class, whilst his detractors hunt packs like a pack of hyenas, with the goal of making every topic personal...

Sahal stay classy dude. Most reasonable users on this forum appreciate and agree with your analysis. They are trying to silence you.

Sahal

You make some interesting points. The deal will be at the expense of Somalia. What I do find interesting is how Uhuru has only come to Xamar once while Farmaajo visits Nairobi like it’s his second home

Most visits by Farmaajo are for summits. Uhuru has only traveled to Ethiopia or Uganda for summits as well.

He could have sent his PM or Foreign Minister. Relations with Kenya are not good and you would think Uhuru would reciprocate with a visit to Xamar

There are no regional summits held in Somalia currently. Again, most trips by the heads of states of Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenya to other states are for regional summits. Farmaajo currently was in Kenya for a summit. When Somalia had a summit in 2016 Uhuru was there.

You sound childish.

No need for name calling. Don’t take it personal.

I wasn’t calling you childish but your argument childish. When I showed you that Farmaajo only goes for regional summits and Uhuru has come to Mogadishu when there was a summit held there, your reaction was he should send his prime minister.

Farmaajo’s strategy has been not to react to Kenya’s childish tantrums, and so far it has worked. Kenya has walked back every action thru have taken and relations have been normalized to the point Uhuru paying Homage to Farmaajo in his hotel room. Farmaajo in a press conference with Uhuru again reiterated Somalia’s continued position of settling the dispute with the ICJ. For Somalia a weak state to not only stand up to a more powerful regional state but to come out defiant is a remarkable victory. Give credit where credit is due.
