Dir lost their special status when they took up arms with USC and used it as an opportunity for revenge. But I agree let by gones be bygones and everyone have a stake. I’ll admit Puntland underestimated failmaajo and his NGM advisors. If he didn’t make the mistake of forcing an extension, things may have been different. But you’ve now been politically neutered.
