Re: Mogadishu People reject Deni Candidacy...
Kees, Wallahi I don't care WHAT anyone's qabiil is, a Reer Xamar can become president for all I care, as long as Somalis compete on the economic level, and the two faced Munaafiq who want to start trouble for their own benefit are exposed for who they are. Puntland and Galmudug have already merged on the political level, anyone claiming Darood and Hawiye are having problems has an agenda, OG and HG have never been closer, some big economic partnerships between Abgaal and MJ are on the horizon, MX and HG relationship is starting to solidify, Cumar Maxamuud and Sacad have vowed to destroy any trouble makers in Mudug, business is booming in Gaalkacyo, our military units are already acting as one cohesive entity, sxb with all due respect, there is no such thing as "Hawiye/Darood" interests in this age, those days are long gone.

What's wrong with getting rid of it? And where in the constitution does it say the speaker is reserved for a particular clan/subclan?MrSinister wrote: Sun Mar 20, 2022 8:28 am Farmajo and Deni are both darod, but that’s where their similarities end. Deni believes in federalism while farmajo in dictatorship and dividing and ruling. I think most HAG see farmajo as an existential threat, in fact, he wants to get rid of 4.5 and demote hawiye to be speaker. If farmajo wins again, good luck removing him from villa Somalia ever. Deni would put the country back in the correct path.
Sahal has the right to his opinion but there is no viable hawiye candidate. They have to choose between farmajo and deni.
Re: Mogadishu People reject Deni Candidacy...

now ur supporting fairy tales like magertenland militia deployment to galmudug was fine n dandy

n move tha capital tpo garowe village

Re: Mogadishu People reject Deni Candidacy...
Moving the capital to Garowe, I wonder where all that nonsense originated from but then of course any somali territory can be the capital but people should stop spreading fake rumours

4.5 works in Somalia for now. Maybe in the distant future after serious reconciliation between clans, we can get rid of 4.5, but not anytime soon. It’s not in the constitution, it’s more of tacit agreement between the clans. Farmajo wants to break those agreements and take the country back to 1991paperino wrote: Sun Mar 20, 2022 9:58 amWhat's wrong with getting rid of it? There is no denying, Deni, has, in his brief tenure as the president of the Northeastern Skinnistan, performed nothing short of a miracle in improving the lives of his loyal citizens. The question is, can the revered emir replicate so impressive a feat at the national level?

⌃ nothing short of a miracle
come to think of it. how miraculously tha people of magertenland have never been this united. against any governor. since 1960

Re: Mogadishu People reject Deni Candidacy...
Elaborate how it works for now, and how breaking it takes the country back to 1991. AFAIK, there's no link between what happened in 1991 and 4.5.MrSinister wrote: Sun Mar 20, 2022 10:49 am4.5 works in Somalia for now.
