Dhaanto is not specific to OGs and it's origins go back to Bakool that is why it's common in Hiiraan!

To correct you, garxajis or any other isaaq don’t do dhaanto.

As for poetry, garxajis and all other isaaq come first - (garxajis then hj then Ha) and the dhulo/ogaden come after not the other way around.

Cheers
All somalis do some form of dhaanto the idoor its jaandheer
[

As for Gabay theres no debate,i admire your try though.
jandheer and dhaanto are two different things, it’s like comparing twerking (dhaanto) to the native new zelander dance mouri dance.

As for cagdheer poets, there is a reason the most famous darod poem in history is called doqonkii ogaden and composed by a dhulo.

Very interesting you guys are desperate for isaaq affirmation tho lol
You were asked a simple quetion, and you took off for the woods lol...Who would you compare to the sayid?
Raage ugaas?
Qamaan bulxaan?
Dhodaaan?

Afirmation? The names i threw out are known by every somali they are household😁
