Sharia is incompatible with the fundamental principles of democracy. In Sharia “Allah rules†(as they put it), while in democracy “people ruleâ€Â.
You can’t establish a political party and contest a Sharia system. People are not given a choice to elect the party or the person they want to lead. You are simply charged promoting “Devils rule†Hukm Al-Thaghoud.
Don’t you agree me with that?
Nabeela, There's nothing called elections in the Sharia. They have Mubaya’ah, Shurah, and Wilayah. They say “God rulesâ€Â, but in fact the power is in the hands of a group Mullah’s. They hate elections, political parties, and democracy.
Wilayah al faqeeh only with Shia and not Sunni School.
Same allow me to disagree with you. Islamic way of government is the best way. You see all Islamic World now. They are seculars government , do you see any democracy? So why is not ok for good mannered Muslim leader instead? Why it's ok other dictators to rule and not an Islamic leader? I believe Islamic law is best way for Muslims and none Muslims, only if we understand Share'a and read the history of Islamic empires and learn from past mistakes.
Somalia is in choas and many other places in Muslim world...because they don't have something called "Islmic shariica " simple is that. These countries need to elect a faithful and trusted Muslim leader.
Elaborate more of this, cus I find it fascinating.
same...u are truly a moron. looooooooooooooooool@political parties. Why would a muslim government have political parties? U have political parties because in western societies , there are people who disagree on everything from ways to govern, which laws should be applied, ammended or repealed to who should rule. They have differences on moral, economic and social issues like aborton, death penalty, and gay rights. This is the basis for opposition and political parties. In an Islamic government, the sharicah is the basis for this law and the sharicah dictates everything. There would be no major disagreements. There could be debates on procedural issues as there are different Madhabs but no substansive problem. Of course there would have to be a system of checks and balances but there is absolutely no need for political parties as there are no disagreements.
