depends, no valid insurance or Fll uk license would definenetly lead you to appearing infront of Court and you get either disqualified, banned for some time or loose your license when u finally get it, so when u pass ur test your license will be taken back...

in worst cases, if you injure somebody or they loose their liv because u wasnt insured or had valid license, then YES you will face imprisonment

Driving laws have changed now, even if you are stationed on the yllow boxes, most places give u 100 Pound fine...
