Yes. How else do you determine if the guy is a "pedo" without giving him a fair trial. How about if I claim you are a Pedo - I don't need a trial now? Just take you out back and shoot you.

You can use this argument for any issue in which society doesn't rely on hocus pocus and the questionable moral authority of a desert dweller to determine their legal course. Fact is it is extremely unlikely that sex with pre-bubescent children is going to be acceptable in western society. In fact, it is more likely in Muslim societies, places like Iran where we see children as young as ten married off.
