i understand that you're agnry right now, but trust me the number of civilian casualties is less than 10 with even witnesses on the ground who are surely biased saying that so far only 31 civilians have been killed.

Yes, Col. Hiiraale is the Minister of Defense and thus commands all TFG forces and coordinates with our coalition forces but that doesn't mean that the rest of the TFG leadership (including the Ogaadeen ones) aren't aware of his activities and those of the combined forces in pursuit of the terrorists.
