This one is for the fellas and for anyone else that doesn't want a complicated post-work-out meal or just wants a quick, high protein breakfast. Throw together some milk, whey protein powder (gold standard doesn't have all the unnecessary junk most other brands have), some berries, oatmeal (complex carbs for gradually replenishing blood sugar & glycogen). Either a shaker or a blender works fine. Might want to boil the oats separately or if you can stomach it, just scoop 1/2 a cup in to your shaker/blender & chug it down with the other ingredients. It'll easily yield about 32 g of protein and probably around 300 cals.

Bon appétit!

I had a plan that was to buy a turkey 6 inch sub from subways and then throw it on a plate, snapshot it and post it here claiming I made it with my own hands. But I totally forgot about the snapshot part when I bought it I ate it, it was too damn good. :tocry:

Made some energizing stuffed chicken last night.

I really suck at the whole measurement so this is just kinda guess work.

Small whole chicken.
one cup rice.
3/4 small red potatoes, cut in half.
as much tomatoes as u want, cut in chunks, small if u prefer. (in my world, theres just never enough potatoes, tomatoes, hot sauce and rice.)
Large red onion, cut in small chunks (why do people ever bother with white ones beats me,they are just water)
scallion,sliced
Spices.

Soak the rice in water while u prep everything else.

Heat oven to 400.

In large baking dish, put whole chicken.Cut off the fat (unless u like those stuff, yucks)

Take the rice, tomatoes, potatoes, some of the onion, spices and mix them up with little salt and chilli.
Stuff the mixture into the chicken, pushing as far as u can.
Put the remaining mixture around the chicken.
Drizzle cup of broth on top and bake that bake for 45 ~.

White onions is less oniony and therefore 10/10. It is usually good raw, with burgers and shit. Also, I was thinking about buying a rotisserie machine.

I love onions. They are part of my favourite four; garlic, onions, mushrooms and potatoes. But there is such a thing as too much onion. Carab maa tahay? I don't like chicken, I like meat but I can cook chicken better than I can cook meat. Sad times.

1 scoop of the whey protein will give you 24 grams of protein & 120 cals, 1 glass of milk will give you another 8 grams of protein &150 cals.
