1. Buhoodle is located in South Eastern Togdheer not Southern Togdheer.
2. The district is not exclusive to one sub clan but rather shared.
Galgal is less 2 km away from Qoori-lugud. It's a Dhulbahante town. (You can see Qoori-lugud from Galgal).

Qoori-lugud has like 10 families, right?

i didn't mention any clan or subclan names, but you did.

I was talking about puntland and CY, and then you start speaking about Shariif. You don't need to say the names. It is written all over your post.

I definitely support Federalism,

However, I have some queries and opinions.

In no state whatsoever, should each region have its own military, this is dangerous and harmful in the long run. Yes, they should be responsible for security on a civilian level but not a national level. This should be the sole responsibility of the Federal government.

All taxes should be handled by the federal government and distributed equally. Each state can receive royalties from activities within their region and choose what state taxes they want to apply.

Apart from that, it should be smooth sailing

I dont think Puntland will give up their Military to the federal goverment, as for the taxes that can be shared i think but not the Army
