it will be very stupid for her and unfair to try to press charges against this man. she is the aggressor, she is caught on tape, fighting him, calling him a bitch. what world are you living, when you start a fight and then press charges for being defend against. he should just laid there while I hit me and verbally abuse him??

Take into consideration she might be a minor, hence her remarks at the end your going to jail. in the US, you can not physically harm a minor, which leaves you with three options report the incident or hold them from attacking you, or leave the area, and show proof where they've harmed you. This fella obviously doesn't care, and she definitely got the best of him.

He didnt even get charged, this happened a month ago, police report already cleared him the same day as all the witnesses back his version of events.
