Bish got what she deserved.

I'll be the last person to condone a man hitting a woman, but I have zero sympathy for the chick in the video. Zero.Zero.Zero.

She got what she deserved? She went on a public servant driving the bus, started messing schit, didn't pay, made a scene, yelled at him, made life difficult for a person earning an honest living, and then.....GET THIS.....actually spat and punched him WHILE he was driving a bus load full of public citizens?

Are you nyggas crazy? It's not my place to judge the severity of the man's reaction (so long as he didn't use a weapon)...all I can see from this and the police report is she got what she deserved.

p.s. I doubt the man will lose his job or face criminal charges because between the video and police report he has a sold defense. He warned her 5 times to get behind the line, she didn't pay, she started the verbal as well as physical altercations...and as for the ONE upper cut. All you need is a court approved psychologists that gives a logical rationale for why the man acted with the response under duress.

This is America. This aint a place for captain's to employ social conditioning, but a place we look at benefit of the doubt. IF you have any doubts the man gave that response for reasons other than malicious intent---he doesn't have assault.

Also I think the bus will talk about changing protocols and the like but they will be under pressure by the union not to fire him and let's be real they probably would not even want to fire him considering the schit public bus drivers face.

She hit him, after prolonged verbal attack. She also spat on him. You don't do that. I don't care who you are. An adult needs to think before acting, otherwise there will be consequences.

The bus company didn't even attempt to address it initially, they were only forced to suspend him once it went viral this weekend. Anyone who knows how powerful unions in public transportation are in North America knows that the man has zero chance at being fired. They will weather the media storm and try to move him out of public visibility for the time being but thats about it. Plus the majority of the public is actually in favur of him keeping his job. Read the comments in the Cleveland Plain Dealer over 90 percent are in favor of the driver. There is no public outrage at his actions, no one has sympathy for that loud mouth ratchet wildeebeast.

My sister wouldn't a) refuse to pay bus fare b) act belligerent after refusing to pay said fare c) assault a public employee unprovoked so that's a nonstarter.

If anything its the adoption of the WSHH lifestyle that would make anyone think her criminal behaviour should've been left unchecked. Also they weren't laughing they were actually using the "she's a girl" mantra you Cap'ns are espousing against the driver, watch it again.
