Golweyn is in Marka district, it ain't a degmo but Armaan is right in stating that it became a Qubeys deegan after the Civil War when the Reer Mudug Qubeys established themselves there.

Bacadweyne is also not the main seat of Qubeys but of only one subclan. They inhabit as far as Bandarjadid in Lower Jubba and the Gedo, Liben/Afdheer Zone.

After Galkaacyo, it is probably the second largest town in Mudug. Galgodob might not be heavily populated as a district in contrast to others in South Central Somalia but its main town has been expanded by its clan members quite well.

Qubeys, in contrast, have divergent interests. Jeylani, for instance, invests his money in Mogadishu hence why the Black Sea area of Mogadishu and Golweyn sees more investment that Bacadweyne. That is the disadvantage of having a finger in too many pies.
