Thanks bro. I just cant imagine that being right thing to do. I know a lady with many kids, who came to the US and her husband was left back in Somalia. Long story short, after few months, she asked for a divorce and he refused. Next thing she did, was "is fasaq". Now, the family is broken down, her kids are street thugs and alcoholics. Somehow, I think she is paying for what she did to her husband.

That's sad but i blame the man who sent his kids and wife alone. Aniga maxa haskeyga and my kids iskaga diraya?

I understand what you saying. They came to US to flee the war back home and he had no way of joining them here. However, I think its karma/nasbi thats is working against her.

divorce is something that happens, why should a woman live alone in a strange country with no father figure for her kids and no-one to protect her chastity? her husband made the mistake of sending her away, he should have gone ahead of them or gone with them. as for it being "her fault", she didnt commit anything xaraam, she seeked divorce and gained it, if divorce was so dangerous or bad, Allah wouldn't have made it permissable.
