A house is a house, as long as you have a roof over your head thats all that matter. Besides those houses come with a outside pool. You'll lucky if you can find one in CAL or MPLS for 40Gs. 40+G is worth it. Although in Bosaso, They should build every house with a pool, that place gets hot during this time around.

Those houses are nice, and anywhere between 30-40k is a good price despite the lack of roads and trees. That will come in due time, there is always jeeps and SUV to get around.
