1. Cook the hilib with salt for about an hour or until soft enough not to break your teeth off.
2. When the water or maraq has cooked off, add 5 table spoons of olive oil, cilantro, one med onion, green pepper, 3 tablespoons of curry power and let is cook for 15 min.
