States like California, Washington and other states that don't get rain talk about desalting waters for irrigation. Now you think Bossaso is gonna start tomorrow? What do you do in Dubai besides carry scorching bricks on your back for rich Arabs?

desalination plants that can produce up to 50k gallons per 24 hours only costs 100k$ and theres ones that run on solar power are even better for bosaaso
