Mike,
The source of the two aids viruses were chimpanzees and sooty mangabees, both in the Congo.
The history of the desease has been pretty well reconstructed.

I forgot to mention that global warming is the white man's most recent evil.

^ ^Its just that most people who burn fossil fuels and consume the products of the industrial revolution happen to be white
. The Chainese and the indians are late comers.

Re: Farrakhan speaks on Somalia & Ethiopia
Grant, admit it; what you have done to the native inhabitants (Navajo, Apache, Mojave, etc) far dwarfs the Holocaust. You're European who is occupying lands that belong to other people. Well?

Re: Farrakhan speaks on Somalia & Ethiopia
Arabman,
You picked some poor examples if you want to show how the US has damaged these people. The western tribes were less affected by disease than those in the east and remained relatively intact.
The Navajo have a larger population and more land than they ever had. The Apaches are doing well. The Mojaves never were very big and have problems with diabetes and with metabolizing carbohydrates, but never fought any wars and are still on their own land.
Now if you want to talk about the Mandans, or the Sauk and Fox.......

Re: Farrakhan speaks on Somalia & Ethiopia
Grant, I gather you're very familiar with the extent European invaders/colonizers have damaged these people. I never implied I know more about the extent of evil perpetrated by your fellow white men on Native Americans.

Re: Farrakhan speaks on Somalia & Ethiopia
Arabman,
There were mutual wars and raids and atrocities on both sides. The miracle is that many of the tribes remain intact and are sustained by treaties with the US government that recognizes more than 500 distinct groups as sovereign nations.
On and off the reservations, many of these groups are climbing out of stagnation and cultural depression to make something of themselves. The gambling casinos now allowed by Federal law on many of the reservations are funding health and welfare programs as well as providing employment.
The will of the American people to destroy the natives has been greatly exaggerated.
I have worked (done work for) the Native American Health Center here in Oakland since 1978, and have known members of many tribes during that time. They consider themselves Americans as well as Natives and have had full dual citizenship since 1936.
Except for the introduction of smallpox to the Mandans, I am unaware on any intentional introduction of disease in the Americas. And the deaths in warfare are minuscule by comparison.

Re: Farrakhan speaks on Somalia & Ethiopia
Mike,
They didn't have a clue what was going on in 1969 nor does the author of this yet have a clue. This is tranparent BS, as is the other article. Read the history at the link I provided.
http://www.apfn.org/apfn/aids.htm
"While I do believe that AIDS is a weapon being used by the Federal Fraud Machine (FFM) and its allies, I disagree that it is a contagious disease caused by a little retrovirus, many types which exist in the normal human system. There are hundreds of well known doctors, microbiologists, professors, laymen who have proved that AIDS is not caused by HIV but by drugs end/or other immuno suppresive factors. AIDS is really a psyop weapon that actually gets "the AIDS victim" to kill him or herself. Rather than go into a lengthy and detailed explanation, I suggest you visit www.duesberg.com or aidsmyth.com or virusmyth.com. The AIDS dissidents like Dr. Duesberg, Professor of Microbiology at UC, Kerry Mullis, Noble Prize winner for the PCP test, Walter Gilbert of Harvard, Dr. Charlie Thomas formally at John Hopkins and Harvard, and many others get almost no publicity for their views. Dr. Duesberg has paid for his views by losing a $3 million research contract plus almost all of his other non professor revenues. As he told me "If I would come out and say that maybe HIV is partially responsible for AIDS, I could be paid like an NBA star, like Gallo (who stole the HIV virus from Montagnier) is currently. Now I'll just have to get by on my tenured professor salary." Most of the biological research at Fort Detrick has been bogus and led nowhere. Yet, a lot of people and companies continue to get rich with such research.
The Federal Fraud Machine loves the idea that people think that HIV was a deadly virus concocted at Fort Detrick, since that reinforces the mainstream idea that AIDS is a sexually transmitted disease. The HIV antibody test will show positive if you have a weakened immune system, regardless of whether you have the relatively harmless HIV virus in your system. Since no one has ever isolated this retrovirus, but have confirmed its existence through antibodies, the AIDs test checks for a protein that normally shows up in your blood when you have the flu. Just thonk of all those poor Africans that have been fed the deadly chemotherapy AIDS cocktails that destroy the immune system. Thank heaven for people like Mbeki of South Africa who are not buying the attempted genocide of Africa by the FFM and its allies ."
Mbeki save Africa from aids?????????

Read the article. It includes discussion of most of the conspiracy theories, including some not yet mentioned.

"In 1981, the first cases of AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) were identified among gay men in the United States, acquiring the designation, GRID (Gay-Related Immune Deficiency); however, scientists later found evidence that the disease existed in the world for some years prior, i.e., subsequent analysis of a blood sample of a Bantu man, who died of an unidentified illness in the Belgian Congo in 1959, made him the first confirmed case of an HIV infection. In an article, "1959 and all that: Immunodeficiency viruses," by Simon Wain-Hobson of the Pasteur Institute in Nature (Volume 391, 5 February 1998, pp. 532-533), Wain-Hobson wrote: "Where did HIV [Human Immunodeficiency Virus] come from? Both of the AIDS viruses, HIV-1 and HIV-2, originated in Africa... As is often the case with microbes, a jump from one species to another is probably to blame... chimpanzees (for HIV-1) and sooty mangabeys (for HIV-2)... When did the AIDS epidemic begin?... the Big Bang seems to have occurred around, or just after, the Second World War. Emerging microbial infections often result from adaption to changing ecological niches and habitats." Cases of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP, a lung infection) and Kaposi's sarcoma (a rare skin cancer) were reported by doctors in New York and Los Angeles in 1981, then the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) began tracking a growing population of young men, women, and babies, whose immune systems were nearly destroyed. Late in 1982, the condition began to be referred to as AIDS. Source: American Red Cross For a few at first, their awareness of AIDS began with the publishing of a little noticed entry on page two of the CDC's Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report of June 5, 1981, where a strange outbreak of killer pneumonia was spreading among gay men. 1982-1985: The Faces of AIDS
Cases of AIDS in 1982 began to be reported by fourteen nations. And, as early as 1982, CDC received its first report of "AIDS in a person with hemophilia (from a blood transfusion), and in infants born to mothers with AIDS." Source: CDC Historical Highlights A contemporary update on this, concerning AIDS and blood transfusions, from the American Red Cross: "Like most medical procedures, blood transfusions have associated risk. In the more than fifteen years since March 1985, when the FDA first licensed a test to detect HIV antibodies in donated blood, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has reported only 41 cases of AIDS caused by transfusion of blood that tested negative for the AIDS virus. During this time, more than 216 million blood components were transfused in the United States... Scientific studies have proven that volunteer donors are the single greatest safeguard of the blood supply today." And, on the other side of the Atlantic, Dr. Robert Gallo of the National Cancer Institute isolated the HTLV-III (Human T-Cell Lymphotropic Virus III) retrovirus in 1984. "

Re: Farrakhan speaks on Somalia & Ethiopia
And like I stated once, "conspiracy" has become the favorite and usual cliché of dismissing the crimes, genocides, massacres and atrocities of the white man, Neocons and Zionists.

Re: Farrakhan speaks on Somalia & Ethiopia
Not only was Mustafa Kemal Ataturk the consumator of the Armenian genocide, but the Zionists also helped him. Ataturk admitted in the August 1, 1926 issue of the Los Angeles Examiner that the Young Turks were responsible for the Armenian genocide.
Mustafa kemal was one probably one of the european based officers that became the young turks, but he was never in a position of authority.
Mustafa kemal only achieved power when the entire edifice of the ottoman empire came down crashing.
the young turk movement solidified into the CUP and they ran the empire after they deposed the last real sultan abdulhamiid.
the armenian blame the genocide on these 2 individuals mainly,
enver and talcat basha, these two were responsible, for the genocide and for thier general incompetance in directing the war.
kemal had severe disagreements with all of them during the war, and blamed the defeat on them, and in 1926 he disbanded the CUP and arrested most of the top leadership.
why do you blame Kemal for the genocide when the victims themselves the armenians do not?
