Fact is that from Erigavo to Bosaso is where Warsangeli's strength lie, owning almost all the industries that animiate and drive the wheels of these regions' economy. How would you interpret Sanaag region enjoying better per capita income than Nugaal and Mudug? If i were to pose question to Bipolar disorder guy?

2006-2007 my ass, your report is from 2002, mine is from August 2005. Get an updated one if you want to beat my source. Its tough to believe Sanaag can have such a high GDP when its only port city is having severe humanitarian problems. Also adding, the Sool Plateau had a 3-year drought, ending in 2004, so my August 2005 report does not bring that into effect, Bari had the same problem and Bari recovered from the drought in that year.

Nugaal is even below average Somalia. Our territories both Bari and Sanaag are doing well esp, The Warsangeli dominated Western Bari.

I like the fact that Somali2003 didn't come back with a refutation, but an insult.
