Not soo much as marriage scarying me but the thought of having kids and raising them is what frightens me for real imagine bunch of mini' u's that totally depend on you.

It did at first, but after a while I became content with it because it's Qadrullah. You cannot change what Allah has already determined for you. Just be happy and say alhamdulilah.

i believe too many people go into marriage lightly... i think that this whole fixation on 'finding the one' and this complete lie of 'happily ever after' is really clouding peoples judgements...
i think we've become lovers who expect too much and give nothing in return... the first sign of trouble and we file for divorce... i cant stand this... people have to stop being so deluded... L.O.V.E does not exist at first sight... it grows n its what u make it...
sis_in_islam people have started to believe that a simple 'lust' for someone is enough for marriage but always remember that that fire will die out within two years... MAXIMUM... so look for more important things... like if theiir practising, stability.. if they can provide...etc... inshallah allah will make the rest easy...
when u thinking of marrying them, just thing... 'THIS IS THE PERSON U PLAN TO SPEND THE REST OF UR LIFE WITH' its enough to put anyone off.... jeez that sounds fcuking freaky

The thought of getting married is soo daunting.
I know alot of people say, it doesnt really change your life as much,you just get a sense of responsibility,independence and blah blah blah......
It still is so friggin scary settling down, getting tied to a person
Dnt even get me started on having children!
Is it me or are somali guys and guys in general really getting into this whole 'let's get married' obsession, as if its a bloody trend eeeesh
