The UN has been very supportive of the TFG, there is no incentive for the TFG to kill UN worker, but al shaba has every incentive. Put two and two together.

The fact that the man who was murdered in Mogadishu yesterday worked for the United Nations is enough to refute you claims that he was "Pro Al-Shabaab," the UN is natural organization and it does not associate itself with any group, the same applies to all its workers.

In any case this is not the first time that an Al-Shabaab Gunmen shot and killed a Somali humanitarian worker in Somalia. Ahmed Bariyow, the head of projects with Horn Relief, an African-led organization that supports peace and development in Somalia, was killed overnight in Kismayo a month ago.

The government prior to the Transitional Federal Government was the Transitional National Government. The biggest warlords all banded together to oppose the TNG and formed the SRRC, which Ethiopia appointed as the successor to the TNG in the Nairobi conference in 2004. Half the TNG (the Islamist faction) quit politics and started backing the Islamic Union and the Mogadishu Sharia courts, while the secular faction joined the TFG but eventually started backing the UIC and eventually became the ARS.

TFG is an alliance of pro-Ethiopian warlords and rabid Qabiil supremacists. Everyone else is either neutral or apathetic about them, or openly hostile. The two legs that keep it standing (barely) upright are the cult-like devotees of Yeey and the power of the Ethiopian military machine. The weird people who think that Yeey is like George Washington or Alexander the Great or something are really bizarre man, the guy is like a hundred years old and senile.
