Yes I would. If it was to safe the life of a loved one (specially my mom's) I wouldn't even think twice of it.

This whole topic

Since its against the law for me to donate my heart while im still alive in the first place I won't bother with the subject. I would however donate a kidney or piece of liver but only to a family member.

I know it saves lives and all but I find something morbid and disturbing about transplants. With a family members( my sisters or parents) I find it less creepy sense we share the same blood in the first place.
