as you see the first one is khabar 3an 3rd part {khabar 3anel gha'ib}and the second aayah in surat Nisa is from Allah directly saying it.

ina keyda alnisa a3tham menal khydel alshaitan, li'ana Alah alta3ala says: ina keyda shaitan kana tha3eefa in surat Nisa ayah 76. and said : ina keydakuna 3atheem in surah Yusuf ayah 27.
