Hyper, the English name for Mulukhiya are: Jew's Mallow, Jute Mallow, or Nalta Jute. The Egyptians cook with with Arnab meat. I like when they cook it with chicken. This Egyptian restaurant sells it as one of of their dishes. Dmn, it's expense though, freaking 35 dollars

About sharing recipes for Ramadan I have to say I'm clueless but hooyo does have some killer ones, can't think of any right know though lol

Mushaali? :lol:

I call it Mishaari and yeah its porridge.....basically we add meat to our one, and the meat has to be very small. Add lemon to it at the end....Voila enjoy!
