Who are "us"? Who do you represent? Your question could have been answered if you asked it as an individual.

Shirib and co, I dont think you have thought this Islamic state thing through. You wont answer my question.I have made this thread to give you guys the chance to put your case for an Islamic state through. You have not been able to put anything that would convince a child forward, let alone adult.
All I'm asking is what you have in mind, can you share it with us?

There are no Islamic States currently. The Islamic Courts were actually pretty close but the world just ahd to destroy them. I wonder why?

I would want an Islamic State close to the one which the courts were ruling with.

I dont think an Islamic state will work for the greater portion of Somalis. I mean, do you just expect us to leave qabayalaad behind just like that? :?

Yes.

The qabilist are the ones in the West and the corrupt leadership.

Rest of Somalis aren't and just trying to survive

The Islamists weren't so bad, they're certainly better than the alternative.
Somalia needs to put its house in order first. Without a monarchy or a dictatorship, it is inevitable that liberalization and personal freedoms will follow the establishment of a national government not beholden to clan interests. It is important to establish that the leader of the state cannot entrench himself into power.

Prosperity, development and security inevitably leads to liberalization, while systemic poverty leads to the opposite.

Hey cool, I should show you around Vancouver.
Don't stay in Vancouver very long though, it's actually a bit of a boring city unless you're into outdoors activities like hiking and bike riding.
December's actually the worst time to visit, it'll just rain the whole time you're here and Vancouver will seem like a ghost town.

No offense but everytime you speak about somalia, I get this feeling like your talking down.I have a bad case of anti-white man syndrome and you constantly putting your divisive views on to us does't help.I got rid of your people in the 60's and are not going to start listning to you.You need to start looking at your role on snet are you here as an observer or enforcer or something else, for the life of me I cant undersand you.I think you a government agent personally.
