Captain24, Somalis are good at giving information anonymously, here in the UK they can't wait to snitch on eachother over petty fueds to Social Service/Immigration/Welfare Benefits (Caydh)
I believe even in the USA they snitch and anonymously give out information on eachother. There must be another reason they are not coming foward imo maybe fear or apathy..

Abdiwahab, It's not hard it all. To get a CCW(carry and conceal weapon) permit, you have to be:

-Be 21 years old. You cannot be a gang member or be convicted of certain violent crimes(This disqualifies 98% of Somali Youth since they are under 21 and all have criminal convictions)

-Take an authorized course in firearms training given by a certified instructor within the last year.

-Submit the following documentation to your issuing authority: a completed application; a copy of your training certificate; a copy of your driver's license, a state ID card or passport photo and an application fee.

Don't get me wrong Xidigow. It doesn't matter who was killed, and in fact most of the guys that got killed happen to be Hawiye, but I post the news regardless of their qabiil, and if I happen to know them, I go to their funeral and sympathy with their family. I am not qabiilist at all, and It doesn't revolve around my everyday activities.
