In reality when women have been given a chance to rule, they act no different than men. Remember margaret thatcher, i think power corrupts all regardless of gender or anything else.

Ofcourse women need to part of the government and process seeing as they are 50% or more of the population, but being a woman alone is not a qualification to lead a nation.
