4.2% is probably where you're at.
You are assuming he really went to school and is paying back. How should he know what the appropriate rate should be?

Doesn't Somalia need paved roads first? Talk about trying to run before you can walk.

BG unfortunately if there were more people like me Somalia would not be where it is. Somalis have 60's era Russian planes. There is not a single good size plan that can land in Somalia today. Teeda kale first roads, then trains. There are no roads in Somalia!

This reminded me of a new ruwaayad by Maki Haji Banaadir & his crew regarding the misuse and over-use of cell phones in Somalia today. Families calling each other from within the same house to remind each other about house chores "Naayaa, shaaha ha hilmaamin in aad burjikada ka dajiso."

Niya, lol of course. timing is always critical for entrepreneurs like myself and those like minded. since 2004 for example, my folks have made contacts with several high level members of the transitional government but it was a waste of resources since the political situation is obviously unstable. when Somalia gets a TRUE functioning Government i'm pretty sure hundreds of entrepreneurs will turn this country around.

not necessarily, a project like this would be easy to implement actually.

an example of wasting resources.

I hope this is joke and doesn't happen. My bet is its another dream nonsense that will never go through. Obama has a lot of pending work for him from billions for foreclosures and savings wall street. What a phucking joke. Another ludicrous idea from liberal trash huffington post.

Voltage, yeah that's obviously from 2007. the point is that with an unstable government business ventures into Somalia is next to impossible b/c nothing is ever honored.
