I was just watching the news news, and it seems to be a mild version of the virus in canada and u.s while severe in mexico causing deaths.

Advo when the government reported the virus missing they said it was a horse virus that spreads from horse to man through mosquito and "In 97 percent of cases, humans with the virus suffer flu-like symptom".

1. The government was covering up what was missing.

2. The army wanted to get the missing vials back but in case anything happened wanted to have an excuse.

3. DAYS after the vials are missing, "flu-like symptoms" start occurring in a pandemic manner.
