No. It locates on the main road toward the Hargeisa General Hospital before guriga shaqaalaha. It used to be in Down Town but he blew up and built his own three story building there. Too much sel of Diana and BS. He needs to be stopped.

I agree Shopping mall is a bit strech.
There is only one Shopping mall in Hargeisa and it's called Gabonimo. All these others are just single stores that is owned by one or two individuals.

For 1 individual to build and finanace such a building in Africa is a feat. You western kids think that your local malls are owned by 1 man , your local malls silly kids are run and financed by a Corp ( the capital of thousands of people). Somalis can do better if they can form a financing group.
Another problem is Hargaysa can boast and brag about these large shopping centers and hotles , but the shame is no one can afforde them and also the very city lacks seweg and water, so we have a long way to go, long long way.
