Big fan of somali restaurants.
My family use to own a restaurant in southall London, 95-2001, so quite a while ago. Mashallah the food was lovely.
Dont really go to somali makayaads in London, as i'm a bit of a shook cat when it comes to hygiene, especially if a man is cooking. But Oceans in London is nice, proper professional somali restaurant that serves different foods with a somali twist, as well as somali food. Also white people go to this restaurant quite a bit as well.
When i went to canada last year, we use to go to hamdi's (downtown) or etops every day. Them baris and ribs at etops were quality!
