i've never seen cardamom powder, i only use the little green ones still in their shell...

but yeah, adding little something out of the ordinary to plain ol' recipes is great way to spice up the menu.

It's not a must. I don't like adding heil to anything other than tea; it can be an overpowering flavour

we call it bur shiil shiil and no we dont add cardamom, we just add two eggs, hot butter, bit of salt, warm water and suger. you can also add milk, but no need to.

I made it and used something similar to that recipe.

But instead of water I used warm milk

milk is good too. its just too much for me to add the milk. i try warm milk with self-raising flour.

What is a kac kac?
