Can you tell me of any country in the world whose govt receives its mandate to govern from a bunch of foreigners in some building in New York?

I think you forget that Somalia was suffering 20 years of civil war. Anyways no matter where the government get support from they have the upperhand of the affairs of Somali borders, do you really think Darood, Hawiye and other Somalis will allow Somaliland to be recognised no!
