As a moderator could you please help me understand the logic behind the zero tolerance towards " cursing" dead somali presidents and warlords? I do dully understand that the qabil talk, name calling etc warrant such a move but dead somali leaders????? You see my friend, somali leaders are why are our nation has been destroyed, why we are scattered all over the world, why we have decayed as society etc.

Now, someone mentioned that it is against islam; is that the case? There is an Ayah on Abu-lahab, alot of aayahs on munaafuqiin and alot on Fircoon etc.

And could you please define what you mean by degrading?

You see my friend, dead somali leaders (at least most of them) are not saints; nor good muslims. They are responsible for killings, rapes and massmurders.


It is easy for people to question your impartiality when such rules are enforced because the lines are blurred.

We never said you can't criticize their political stands or what they stood for, you can attack their ideas, they are part of Somalia history and history must be discussed/debate it. The only thing we asked waa don't attack them personally since they are no longer with us, let Allah deal with them, why would you call a dead person khaniis, kafir, wecil,etc, just to mention a few, I'm not saying you per se, just what I observed on these boards, while they are being discussed. I never understood the logic behind that, what purpose would it serve to call them names?
