The state created by 1998 is doing much better than most of the country interms of economy, peace, militarily and every other sense. Lol at Puntland having 800 soldiers, was it in 2006, when Puntland deployed more than 3,000 soldiers to Mogadisho alone. With all the international support, Bosaso in many ways is doing way better than Mogadisho.
Faroole went to Mogadisho only after Shariff Dameer crawled his way into Garowe to bag Faroole and Puntland to part-take in the Somali conciliation conference. The cab driver you speak of is a PH.D holder unlike that illiterate, ex-dugsi teacher you call president.
So where does this "bosaso is better then Mogadishu" come from? Is it because of the war? Is it what made you lie to yourself into believing a shithole like bosaso would be better then the capital of Somalia?
