In regards to your political aspect, I believe in every point, except where you say that North Somalia peace will get strengthen. In todays politics in the North I don't think peace will strenghten there once the South gets peace. Unless they abandon their political ideology.

Abandoning that political ideology could easily be the second most devastating act incurred by the south. Either you wish to ignore the political reality and enfluence of Pland or you wish to see a scenario where the north doubles or thriples it's enfluence on moqadishu. Wouldn't that sideline some southerners further?

Definition of stubborn: Having or showing dogged determination not to change one's attitude or position on something, esp. in spite of good arguments or reasons...

Even if you don't believe i think you should pray that peace in the south equates to greater peace in the north!

North Somalia does not mean Puntland only. North Somalia= Puntland & Somaliland. (did you even read my initial post on this thread?)

When peace occurs in the south, that will mean development and economic.

This will mean North Somalia will feel left over, their economy will plunger.

The people in Somaliland will be divided into pro-independence vs anti-independence, people in the peaceful south will fund the anti-independence rebel etc.

The people in Puntland will be tarnished by resource tribal wars.

I'm not wishing for anything, I'm only determining the future of Somalia if peace occurs in South Somalia. This is good discussion, then atleast people in North Somalia can prevent this to happen by changing their political ideology, but also by stoping wishing continous war in South Somalia.

South Somalia= Has the capital city, Has the biggest population, Has fertile land, Has 3 rivers etc.

where is this 3rd river coming from?

Somalia has 3 rivers:

Shabelle River

Juba River

Dawwa river.

I guees you weren't aware of the existance of Dawwa river.

Dawwa river is located in Gedo region, it spilts from Juba river in Doolow, it goes past Beled-Xaawo districts and enters Mandera and goes through NFD.

Dawwa river is only in Somalia for a few miles and other than for aesthetic reasons and small uses isn't really used. It can hardly be counted as being a Somali river.
