Forget what these doctors told You, Allah is capable of everything don't give up hope. That also means do not divorce Your wife. Now if She asked for it thats one thing, and I can understand that.

I have exhausted all my Professional help with this medical conditions. I have tried surgery, pills, diet, etc. It have been fighting it for about 4yrs now. I do not think it is fair to the girl. If she was the problem, I would have married another wife and have her also. Girls do not have that option. The only way I can help her is to let her seek allah's risiq elsewhere. Remember I still have hope at 100yrs old but the girl has only 45 yrs of fertility. You would know where I am coming from if you think outside the box a little bit.

You tried western medicince ... Why dont u go to hajj and quran is aa saar before u seek divorce ive seen many couples that were infertilenthen they went to hajj or had quran read on them then 3 months later they were pregnant so dnt run to divorce just coz the doctors dnt knw wats wrong

as for those who suggested fostering: one, the guy asked for your prayers not your advice as I am sure he thought about his options including letting go a wife that he loves so dearly.
Secondly, adoption is not allowed inIslam. Foserting is a temperary thing. It is up to him if he wants to do some charity or which charitable action he choses to do.

May be it is difficult for us to understand what it is like to be in that position.
