Plus this is NOT 4,5. Garowe accord forbids 4,5

4,5 is forbidden by the garowe accord. This is not being handled in the 4,5 system. That is why Galmudug is wanting the same.

I tought they decided last time that the parliament will be reduced to 225, and will be selected for the last time in 4.5 and that the governments will end in 6 months after that they will elect then new Gov't then after 4 years there will be National Elections..
