I hadn't read the article, but from what I gather there were no "old men" in the planes. These "old men" were meant to be picked up and used as puppets in some political scheme that threatened Jubbaland recognition, which I believe goes against what the TFG wants. TFG troops felt it necessary to ward off any dubious plots to infringe on currently accepted government plans.greenday wrote:Am hardly going to get offended by that but why would you get upset about people asking questions?
It's you that has reading comprehension. The elders decided to leave and putting a isbaaro via shooting at the ride that supposed to take them is no different than putting a gun to their head. You keep on writing my name down, Blue this, Blue that. Do I owe you something? what's this obsession with Blue?Based wrote:Jesus Christ, the level of reading comprehension on this site is shocking sometimes.
A plane that was supposed to take some old yes-men to Xamar in an attempt to disrupt a conference that was planned for months was shot at by TFG troops loyal to local groups in Gedo.
I must say though, the mock horror from Bluenwhite et al is quite amusing

You've given up completely, haven't you?Based wrote:Hmm....TheblueNwhite wrote: It's you that has reading comprehension.
I'm not saying what's right and wrong here. Whether or not they have been permitted to attend a meeting or not, I'm not even sure. I don't know why this plane from Nairobi had decided to come over and I don't know who ordered it. I'm simply trying to reword what has already been said.greenday wrote:Alpha, people dont have the right to leave and attend meetings?
Nothing wrong in knowing your neighbours.Murax wrote:To the Non Gedo-Jubbaland posters. These are local, regional issues You are not privy too. Therefore its best You don't waste Your time trying to get into the nitty gritty. Thank You.
