s I have said before, this entire project is a hoax I suspect it is a deal between Faroole administration and a Oil company to deceive people, Faroole want to make political gains and therefor needs something to bargain with(potential oil resources would do the trick) and the Oil company want to sell more shares and make money from shares sold, If you do a background check on the company itself you will find out exactly what I'm referring to.
