What if there is a man who knows this principle that a mans testimony is equal to two women(many say it only in regards to economic crimes). Lets say the man has no boundaries when it comes to lying. Since you accuse people of mocking the religion and also since you're very angered by people who mock Islam, lets say this man wants to mock the religion...because this is a man that you really would not want to succeed in court. He wants to mock the religion by committing a crime in front of one women, knowing very well that his testimony alone is more important than hers. Remember, the man says he is a muslim and in fact the hadith says that women are deficient in intelligence, which would make him more likely to be smarter than her.

I can't see anything this hadith giving a solution that would solve the problem. In essence you'd have to use general quranic verses and hadith that are unrelated, and use common sense.

smh! I've been familiar with it since PHY101 and that's quite some time go son so nothing new here. Why are you so concerned with Islam and the way it governs life?

Because I like people to understand the harmony in individual rights, sadly many people see these rights in group rights, which means that they are undermined as a group. I believe that these ideas need to be debated, you don't have to change you're mind, but I do think there's a need for debate. There is a fundamental difference between a woman and a man. BY nature, or by God given ordainity-- of course Men are superior to women in mental and physical capacity. But it depends. Each sex has been rendered with unique gifts-- they each use different size of the brain which comes in handy when man and woman are united in marriage. (that is WHY I DONT SUPPORT same sex marriage. The mathematics of it alone is nonsensical, not to get into or mention the gritty details of the technicalities of the sexual act. Can we hear a chorus of akhaas?)
Men are risk takers and have amazing ability of handling Mathematics--and women are blessed with the ability of reasoning and rationing. Men go for big--and sometimes benefit big. They have natural given confidence that makes them able to venture beyond the norms in search of green pasture.(as they have done in centuries of being the hunter) That is the major difference between men and women. But Men might lose big which puts u no where. (hello---the crush 2008 and the recession? Ring a bell?) Women make better ceos, strictly because women make greater managers. They are by nature -nurturers, that is why i rather have a female boss than a male boss. (male boss sexually harras me, bite me if i am gorgeous)

On the whole, each sex is good at something-- u cant put a general blanket. But to get a one nail answer to your question: men are brilliant-- if he is a perfect form of a man , the original creation or proto-type man. (Not the over-processed man who has gone through culture, or modern femminization factory) That is why butch lesbos are more brilliant than the lipstick lesbo or regular hetero females--its not because they are men, although, in their mind they think they are--they only have this brilliant enough dose of testosterone that is vital in the brain of a man that makes them great mathematicians.(Not that i equate great mathematicians as the ultra intelligent example, but it is a metric measurement in my estimation)
A pure man or woman--who Allaah swt created,the original 'blue print' who did not go through any external or biological alterations (such as homosexual gay gene sex or less testo or other circumstantial alterations) is a marvel of the brilliance of our creater, subhanaah waa tacaaala. They hope to use the results to decide whether women can drive, vote, or even be reliable to go to higher education above the 6th grade.
